Referral Process
CNS Admissions Coordinators work with the client, family, physicians, social worker, discharge planner, case manager and insurance company throughout the admission process.
A Pre-Admission Evaluation is performed by experienced therapeutic and/or case management staff, resulting in a comprehensive evaluation report and treatment recommendations.
