Licenses and Accreditations
CARF International (formerly Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services in the area of medical rehabilitation and other areas. Centre for Neuro Skills® has been accredited by CARF for the following programs/services: Interdisciplinary Outpatient Medical Rehabilitation Programs: Brain Injury Program (Adults) and (Children and Adolescents), and Residential Rehabilitation Programs: Brain Injury Program (Adults).
Texas Department of Human Services
The Centre for Neuro Skills® CNS-Dallas residential programs are licensed by the Texas Department of Human Services as Assisted Living Facilities. Facility identification numbers are: 000684, 000685, 000686, 000949,101049 and 101050.
California Department of Health Services
The Centre for Neuro Skills® CNS-Bakersfield and Los Angeles residential programs are licensed by the California Department of Social Services as Adult Residential #150406456, 157201395, 157201108 and 197607891. Both clinics are licensed by the California Department of Health Services as a Rehabilitation Clinic #120000203 and 960001311 respectively.
