Behavior Analyst
CNS currently has an opening at its Bakersfield, CA and Irving, Texas programs for a Behavior Analyst, board certified or eligible for board certification. The Behavior Analyst would be responsible for developing and monitoring individual behavior treatment programs for post-acute brain injured clients. The person would report such programs and/or changes, consult with the clinical and residential teams to receive input on the implementation and effectiveness of each program. The Behavior Analyst will review behavior data, module results and generate appropriate statistics. Monthly conference reports, initial evaluations and discharge summaries will be completed for clients. The position will conduct clinic behavior staffings, training and programming.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Degree in Behavior Analysis
- Behavioral Analyst, who is Board Certified
- Working knowledge of rehabilitative care
- Prior direct care experience working with brain injured clients is preferred
