Centre for Neuro Skills(CNS) is a post-acute rehabilitation program for individuals with acquired brain injuries. Our mission is to provide excellent medical treatment, rehabilitation and disease management for individuals with brain injury, while pursuing and advancing the best clinical treatment, education and research. The program was founded in 1980, and now has four locations: Bakersfield, CA, Encino, CA, Emeryville, CA and Dallas, TX. CNS is an experienced and respected provider of post-acute rehabilitation programs, and offers intensive residential, inpatient, outpatient and assisted living rehab programs for individuals recovering from all types of brain injury. This marketing and development position is for the CNS Innovations program, which specifically targets assisted living, supported living, day activity and respite care programs at assigned CNS facilities. CNS currently has an opening for a Marketing/Development Liaison based in Dallas, Texas. The primary focus for this new position is on identification and development of appropriate referral sources for the CNS Innovations program, leading to increased census in the Innovations programs. The CNS Innovations Program includes assisted living, supported living, day activity and respite care programs at assigned CNS facilities. Work is performed in the community, at CNS clinic and residential facilities, and in the home office. The position is based from a home office in the Dallas, Texas area.
The CNS Innovations Liaison will make direct contact and direct calls to CNS Innovations referral sources with physicians, professional guardians, attorneys, life care planners, case managers, workers compensation insurance professionals, and others who potentially have responsibility for the health and well-being of individuals with brain injury who require assisted living, supported living and respite care services. Some out of state travel to will be required, as will occasional marketing meetings in Texas or California.
The successful candidate must have HEALTHCARESALES experience, a college degree (or commensurate experience), and will be primarily responsible for the referral development activity and provision of education regarding the CNS Innovations programs. Essential functions will include scheduling, making direct sales calls, and documenting results of direct referral development calls to referral sources. Requires extensive telephone and computer use, in-state and some out-of-state travel, and excellent communication skills.
