Centre for Neuro Skills (CNS) is a post-acute rehabilitation program for individuals with acquired brain injuries. The program was founded in 1980, with three current locations: Bakersfield, CA, Los Angeles, CA and Dallas, TX. CNS is an experienced and respected provider of post-acute rehabilitation programs, and offers intensive residential, modified inpatient, outpatient and assisted living rehabilitation programs for individuals recovering from all types of brain injury. The CNS community-based approach focuses on helping clients regain a normal rhythm of living and independence. Therapy is designed to foster a return to a typical at-home living situation.
Our mission is to provide excellent medical treatment, rehabilitation and disease management for individuals with brain injury, while pursuing and advancing the best clinical treatment, education and research.
