Licensing

Our Bakersfield, California and Dallas, Texas facilities are accredited by the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission for the following Brain Injury Programs: Outpatient Rehabilitation Programs, Residential Rehabilitation Programs and Long-Term Residential Services. Our Los Angeles (Encino), California program is accredited for Brain Injury Outpatient Program and Brain Injury Home and Community Program.

The Centre for Neuro Skills Texas residential programs are licensed by the Texas Department of Human Services as Assisted Living Facilities. Facility identification numbers are: 000684, 000685, 000686, 000949,101049 and 101050.

The Centre for Neuro Skills California residential program is licensed by the California Department of Social Services as an Adult Residential #150406456. The Clinic is licensed by the California Department of Health Services as a Rehabilitation Clinic #120000203.
