R.A.'s work with our brain injured clients to supervise and assist them in re-learning activities of daily living, which includes dressing, bathing, eating, shopping, recreational and social activities. R.A.'s must be dependable and able to accurately document and chart the activities of the clients. CNS provides training for the position. A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required, along with successful completion of a drug-screen and physical abilities test. The Bakersfield, California facility offers full and part-time shifts, including a.m., p.m. and overnight. Most shifts follow a 4-day on, 2-day off schedule to provide weekend coverage.
