CNS-Los Angeles (Tarzana)

Centre for Neuro Skills Los Angeles - Tarzana Residential Facility

At our new residential facility located in Tarzana, patients are given the opportunity to apply the skills re-learned during their therapies at our Encino clinic, in a home environment before safely returning home with family upon completion of treatment. By separating the living environment from the therapy environment, patients also regain their rhythm of living that was lost in the injury/illness. The CNS inpatient program provides meaningful therapeutic activities in the home and local community that allow the patient to become more independent before returning to home and work.

  • A physical environment that feels more comfortable than a hospital or clinical setting

  • Dedicated staff that facilitates therapeutic rehabilitation, medical treatment and disease management

  • A structured daily schedule that mirrors a normal routine

  • Caring and conscientious staff who demonstrate empathy and genuine concern for patients' well -being

  • A patient-centered approach in which the highest priority is the patient's well-being and long-term health

  • Group events that encourage socialization such as movie outings, museums, game nights, and other community events

  • An atmosphere that encourages family involvement due to the invaluable support they provide their loved ones during their stay at CNS
