2. Researchers Study Mild Concussions In High School Athletes

High school athletes who sustained even mild concussions showed significant decline in memory
processing and other symptoms within one week post-injury, in a study conducted by researchers at
the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Sports Medicine Concussion Program.
